I read so much on this forum before I actually went and got the P&B. I hydrated my Bentonite powder (runny yoghurt consistency) and I used the whole husk Psillium. 1/2 tablespoon (using a 1/2 tablespoon plastic measure, not guess work) of each in a glass of water.

I will use an enema, only if I cant go in 24 hrs. Like you said, I am listening to my body. I am going to do another half dose tomorrow. Probably every couple of days until I get used to it. I must be really toxic huh?
