Yes, try two and see if that helps. Also, try the HCL...your digestive system needs both sufficient stomach acid and pancreatic enzymes in order to properly digest your food. You can take them both at the beginning of your meals...but go slow with the HCL to see how you tolerate it. Also...VERY IMPORTANT...you have to chew, chew, chew your food well. Digestion begins in the mouth where enzymes mix with saliva and start breaking down food. Your food should be in a liquid state when you swallow it...a real hard habit for some people to get into!

I've never tried slippery elm porridge...how do you make it?
