We are not machines. It is true many of us will not post a very personal stuff. But it is good to know that we can all have a normal life while fasting. In my case, I like to know that, even after X number of days without eating, I can be up and around and enjoy social interactions. Sacristia also explains her physical/social reactions well (as how she copes with the offer to eat popcorn) this is very useful.
