hello!

this forum is amazing!
started to eat raw 2 weeks ago and went on a waterfast 2 days ago and started feeling so week and dizzy that it was unbearable. i know this from previous fasting. i am quite thin and since the raw eating the last bit of any fat on my body went. not so nice. today i drank lemonade with maple and feel very good. has it to do with the bloodsugarlevel?
is waterfasting to strong for thin people? even enemas dont help.
is it better to cleanse just by eating raw? has everybody this mucoid plaque inside? and it wont come out just by healthy eating? probably not. perhaps my thinnes is because of proplems in the digestion...
i would be very happy if somebody has some hints on those questions.
