Thank you so much for sharing your experience. I also feel like i have set my mind that this is "the only way" to really start a new healthy lifestyle. I suppose because moderation and self control have not been my strongest suite in the past years. I am going to truly seek God in prayer and meditation as to whether or not to continue on. If I feel the peace to stop and find and alternative I will do that.

Way to go on the 3 lbs. I also have been going to the gym and it has helped with the emotional eating. I have noticed I am stronger things fit slightly better but the scale has not moved. We will see.


I appreciate everyones advice. It helps more than you can imagine...!!!
