To Jeanette: I used Holistic Horizons this summer. I stayed on it for 3 months. I didn't see any of the dark mucoid plaque, but a lot of other stuff came out. I'm starting my 2nd cycle in 2 weeks. It's pretty expensive, though.

To Ptree: I'm wondering why you switched from Holistic Horizons to B&P shakes? Did you read what Robert Gray says about Bentonite and Clay in his book? But i'm guessing the Bentonite works easier once you got rid of the hard matter, right?
