Thanks for your replies. You've been oh so helpful. I really would like to do all the cleanses at once but I think that in the case something goes awry, I won't have to wonder about so many components. One starts reading by learning the ABCs, eh?

So what else is in the 7 pages you gave your family? When you first brought it up to them, how did they react? Because I will eventually want everyone I care about to do this for their health but I'm already concerned about what approach to take.
