I am going to start doing a series of Liver Flushes myself after the 1st of the year. I think I felt better after my 1st one a couple weeks ago. I am feeling kind of crappy again.
I noticed on my the second day I had a couple white small string looking things which I am sure must have been worms. I noticed somewhere that you can drink the oil and lemon a small amount everyday is this right?
I also do not digest fats anymore instead its like cellulite on the backs of my legs and I am tall and thin.
I feel constipated tonight and off balance I do not feel to good.
I am going to do the P& B soon too.I am excited to regain my health.
