Yes, you need to take oil for the CoQ10 to be absorbed. One of the Doctor's Best Coq10 has some kind of oil in it for that purpose.

Any kind of oil can be used with it, but if you are doing the Clark clean-up, the Ozonated Olive oil will help to penetrate the tough skins of the Tapeworms and ascaris. Ascaris really are tough to kill. I've read that they have 3 layers of skin, which make them tougher.
Zapping made a real difference in getting them killed.

The owner is also the main poster on the Oxygen Therapy forum here on CZ. It's not pleasant to take...but it's mind over matter--how badly do you want to kill the parasites, because it does work. Alot of people just do part of the protocal- it works best to do all of what she says to do- take the CoQ10, with the ozonated oil, and also the L-Cysteine. I also kept taking the parasite killing herbs with it, and killed two tapeworms, and mama ascaris- definetly had night sweats and knew it when I killed them too.
Humaworm says Black-Walnut is what kills tapeworms, through their skin...so if you think about it, if you are taking the ozonated oil to penetrate the skins, and also taking the herbs to also go through the skins--you'll be able to get inside the tough skins to kill them better. My experience anyhow.

What you'll read in the Clark cleanup- is that she is talking about cleaning up the cysts of the Tapeworms too.

Make sure bowels are moving the dead parasites out--take a couple of doses of espom salts if you have to; do coffee enemas; do liver flushes...get the dead stuff (and their toxins) out regularly.
