I agree with SB...use the full amount of oil. Difficulty in digesting fats is related to the functioning of your liver/gallbladder. When you consume a large quantity of oil during the flush it causes the liver and gallbladder to strongly contract and expel its contents of toxins and stones. Once this is cleared out your liver/gallbladder will be able to function more efficiently and you will digest fats much easier.
