It's great you are taking such an interest in cleansing your body.

You will love the liver cleanse when you see the results. I would not cut down on the dosage. Try and take it all. Dr. Clark knows what she's talking about and I would follow her directions to the letter.

The amazing thing about the liver cleanse is it seems everyone loses weight on this cleanse. I did another cleanse this past weekend and lost 6 pounds. I gained 1&1/2 pounds back today, but I'm still ahead. You would think drinking that much olive oil would make you gain weight, but it works the opposite!
