Hi Betsy, Could you please tell me what a castor oil pack is, and where you can get them? (and how much they are?!). Also, how do you do this? Do you just lie down in bed and lay it over the liver area? for how long? Is that all you do? Thank you for responding, I think that sounds like such a marvelous cure! Sincerely, LorraineH
