I have experienced night sweats on and off for the past 10 or so years. I can go several night without experiencing it. Here is the weird part: usually if I wake up and am sweating I can roll over and the sweating stops. Then, if I roll back onto the other side again I start to sweat again. What I'm saying is that is seems like when I sleep on my right side I wake up sweating. Sounds weird I know, but there must be a reason.
