I had problems sleeping for the past 13 years, but this therapy (Urine therapy) http://naturinologie.info/english.html cured me of several little problems but most of all my sleeping problems. I now sleep approx. 8 hours per night. It took 3 or 4 months before the therapy kicked in. Meanwhile just a few drops under the tongue would help me get back to sleep.
