Thank you Chris,

I will look into that. I do know when I fast, it is like it resets my body and I am not depressed at all afterward. My body resets all my chemicials and functions to working order, as they should be, before they got all confused and unbalanced.

I think I just feel a bit down when I am fasting at first.

I will look into that. It will be very helpful to me.
