I'd consider Threelac a good short term solution to your Candida. It does work, I took it for a couple of months and it replaced an antifungal I was taking.

I would also change your diet during that time to eliminate all alcohol, processed sugars, and as much junk food as possible. You don't have to go nuts with the diet, but you also can't be feeding the Candida certain foods. Also, never use a microwave and stay away from aspartame.
