Guys i went to the TCM today. One of the best in miami shes one of the main prof of tcm school in miami. I showed her the study someone posted on tcm curing Ec she said that everyones different. Mine was a difficult case because it was involving Yin dificinecy, spleen weakness, and liver qi stagnation. She gave a herbal tea to drink 2 a day and said i could be cured in 3 months! Also b/c of my internal heat problem NO SPICY , NO SWEET , OR SOUR FOODS. SPICY MEANS THINGS LIKE PEPPER, GARLIC , OINON. ALSO NO DAIRY OR ALCHOL. So guys you need to go to the TCM and get evaluated everyones different even though we might all have EC. Dont buy any herbs without getting evaluated!
