Hi Waterdoc,

the debate is on whether Purified water ( aka Soft, distilled, RO, de-mineralized, de- Ionized Water ) vs Mineral Water ( aka Hard water, Alkaline, Ionized Water ) is more suitable for drinking.

I have been reading about it for past couple of years. Yes Plants have minerals in them, but water is ALSO a source of minerals. These minerals enter into our water as it naturally flows through the soft rock in rivers, streams, and lakes. So Mineralized Water occurs in nature and is more suitable for drinking, in my opinion.

Distilled/RO water is a health Fad. Yes ppl drink it. Soft water is like a sponge which will remove essential minerals from body making body and blood more acidic. ( I know you dont agree, but thats my conclusion)

Yes Distillers are promoted by some "experts" in CZ, but I dont want to drink distilled water. Enough neutral studies have shown, that ppl living in hard water areas have better health, than ppl in soft water area.
