Hi everyone,

I've been feeling a sensation that is hard to describe. It is a very weird "uncomfortable" sensation (or attack) that I get right before I am about to fall unconsciously asleep, and it is this weird "uncontrollable" sensation that prevents me from sleeping, which is the cause of my insomnia (it's not psychological). It can occur a few times throughout the night, and it happens as I'm about to fall unconsciously asleep, or sometimes it happens when I'm sleeping ... by which it wakes me up so suddenly. It's a very scary experience. I'm hoping to understand what is going on with me. Is there anyone else out there who is experiencing this? Or does anyone know what is going on with me? Thanks in advance, I highly appreciate it.

PS. Could someone also please give me advice on how to deal with this problem, or recommend a good sleeping pill for my situation? Many Thanks.
