Hi! Thanks! Yeah, I'm big on therapy. I'm a therapy junkie. I love looking within. Re-programming negative thought/spirals and patterns and what not. I find it exciting and motivating. I was doing some specific therapy work not too long before I went through my break up with my ex and got off track. I'm going back to it now because it helped me a LOT before.
