Hmm.. it could be a lot of things. I don't think its neccessarily worms.

I only had a "specimen" on one of my cleanses! I always found it weird, when people were talking about passing load after load of worms and I would just get nothing. I did feel better after the cleanses tho, so I guess they did something!
