Lauray, i wasn't aware you have a blog here. if you do, then why not post there, and in this forum post a shorter message that is not simply a journaling, but actually acknowledges that there are others here. In other words, not just talking AT people,
or even more, ignoring them but determinedly posting just the same quite prepared to meet with opposition--why?

How about just a short, readable message along with a link to the long blog post?
(for those that do want to track your progress) This would be a much better use of the forum, which is very public, and includes new members -and visitors- always.

This isn't the right place for someone to very privately and somewhat psychotherapeutically blog -- regardless of how 'public' and cleansed they feel
that posting is.

It's not simply a matter of anyone's being able to open the post and then close it, upon seeing how long it is. Everyone appreciates hearing about water fasting, and getting personal updates, but what you are doing is really a something else entirely.
It's like the difference between a purge and a cleanse. And in that sense, your posts could be entirely misconstruing the whole nature and purpose of (wise) water fasting, and throwing some readers very much off track.

i mean no harm to you -- simply, i think it's time for you to consider others more. That way you'd have less need for all this exhaustive blogging(and what you are blogging about). As it is, it looks like addiction. upon addiction.
