i truly can't remember --are you down on EFT? I know some here are.

I say: EFT. really. Unless you are truly a masochist, and just haven't gone to the necessary end of that 'limb'. I know that's a genuine path for some. Or, maybe you're working on NaNoWriMo, and this is upping the word count. Non-fiction. seriously.

Such a deeply engaging mind would seem to be perfectly attuned to the (scientifically sound) simplicity of aligning body (actually all bodies, not only the grossest) with mind. check it out, please. For yourself--and in order to liberate that enormous potential you have that is being wasted in this journaling of dukkha
