If you have been following her posts you will see that she has done that/been doing that.
The sad part is that there isn't any real help available.
Everything "help" wise is psychology based and for the most part worthless, and more likely harmful.
The best anybody can do that is struggling like this is - make it happen on their own.
I believe that's what she is determined to do and I give her a lot of credit for the determination.
