It is horrible painful and if you are overweight it is like suicide. It is like a nail sticking out the bottom of your foot, although it does not pierce the skin. So instead of the bone growing straight across your heel it goes down. So for years actually I could not even go shopping and do normal activity. I tried many things and found in the end if I would simply wear these ugly sandals I would get better.

Now I have no pain, I am small now too. I still wear these sandals from BATA and it helps. I find that if I go back to regular shoes I have pain again. So cushion shoes so important.
