So many ppl having such bad reactions from this Iodine, still ppl are taking this harmful mineral in hopes of detoxifying their bodies of all the toxins...

Iodine is a powerful OXIDANT and oxidants cause free radicals and damage to cells. is it really that hard to understand?

It is needed in small amounts by our body, but megadosing is definately not the answer.

Be wary of all the oxidative damage Iodine is doing and do not ignore it and call it "die-off".
