You seem to have a clear understanding of your situation and the desire to change. I think a professional could help you bring about these changes. Someone trained to help you find the key to your freedom. I am not educated in this way and I have not been in your shoes, but I have had loved ones who benefited from the insight of a counselor. I sense the conflict in you that I saw in them. I only wish for you to find the peace that they now have.
