Your belly is more likely to be a build up of mucoid plaque (as well as candida possibly), it might be very beneficial to do a bowel cleanse. I did it when I was 17 years old, skinny and a vegan raw foodist, and in the two week (Bernard Jenson) program I did, I lost 7 kilos, I gained back 2 Kgs that were just from fasting, but the other 5 kilos must have been mucoid plaque and other toxins in my system, as I didn't look any different in size.
I had a flat belly before I did the cleanse and I still had lots of ropes etc. coming out!!
Also, if you are worried about parasites, think about the comfortable home you are providing for them in a bowel full of plaque, they can apparently hide behind it and avoid the herbs etc that kill them!
