I know some of us would prefer taking a capsule and you can buy cheap encapsuling devices thru MountainRose herbs $13 at
http://www.mountainroseherbs.com.
Would you happen to know the correct ratio for making a large batch of in-between-herbs so people could encapsulate them for themselves. It might really help people to stay with the protocall b/c trying to measure 1/4tsp of this and that 2x a day and taking it straight gets kinda old very fast. Swallowing capsules is much easier and people may stick with it better in the long run. Just an idea..........
