I experience that.
If I can remember correctly it means it didn't go thru its process
for the body to use????
I've read that for the food to be used by the body one must chew
and make sure the saliva juices are mixed well enough.
If you have corn kernels showing it wasnt digested enough than
digestion needs addressing.
When I observed a lady doctor running the electrodermal testing
on us chubbys I'm in this group. I saw continuous problem with
digestion and lady doctor would sell digestive aids.
Hope I made some small contribution b4 war bombs me away.
