Obviously, you haven't hit bottom yet.

I predict you will end up either in prison, or you will be seriously physically injured or killed, absent divine intervention.

Bottoming out isn't so bad. I've seen it do good for others in your similar situation. Just hope you don't hit too hard, when you crash.
