One day I completed my 10 day Water Fast having my ED on the first place. How have I ended?? Badly.. even if it was day 8 of my refeeding. I was about to die (having very bad diarrhea (diarea) for 8 hours, having very unpleasant feeling in my stomach, being as pale as sheet). I just CAN'T imagine how bad it would have been if I ate something like that much earlier. AMBULANCE?? Ok, I am very proud of myself that I was able to accomplish a fast of that duration BUT, apart from that, what the difference did it make to sort my ED? None. NONE. I returned to my bad eating habits after that again.. U?.... Why do u want to go for 10 dayer? AN ACHIEVEMENT or SORTING UR ED?? An achievement? Possibly u could do it.. Enlightenment or sorting ur serious (if any) health issue - not enough time to expect that... Ambulance? MOST PROBABLY.
