Well Willow, I was going to get up this morning and focus on the positive side, but I see you have already done the job for me, so thank you indeed! I can't better that.

Lauray, I want you to succeed too, so please give some other things a try. All the others who succeeded like me, John the jockey (eatingischeating), Jen (Severin) and others had already overcome their emotional issues with food or didn't have any when they started fasting. For us it's a few weeks or months of boredom, that's all.

For you and anyone who has issues with eating I would say please please give something else a chance. Yes, you are worth it.
