If u dont want to do that then what is the point to start? I guess (I AM SURE) u body is simply screaming of idea to fast AGAIN being terrified what kind of stress u are going to give it after ur fast is over. Are u tired of ur fasting efforts yet? Why not just try to sort ur ED first and then simply eat healthily? Lauray, life is NOT all about fast, believe me.
