re' highly-mineralized food which is vital but largely depleted in our food supply because of intensive farming practices: Dr Joel Wallach likened this to a checking account at the Bank......unless you replace monies that are withdrawn, then you are left with one that is worthless......so it is with our soils........minerals are extracted by crops but are not replaced.

This is why I believe in supplementation of minerals in the colloidal form.........

Interesting comment about "thoughts".
Our minds are profoundly affected by our lifestyles and choice of foods and even our levels of toxemia: a healthy mind is usually the product of a healthy body as in my own case, where I cured Depression via NH and supplements: which still I take to this day.
