your results are consistent with adrenal fatigue. However, they are not unique to Adrenal fatigue and can be caused by a large variety of other cause from metabolic issue to circulation decompensation or irregular heart rate episodes. I dont thinn it an of itself is a key pointer to adrenal fatigue.

Bear in mind that many with adrenal issues have normal blood pressure as well. Generally speaking, fragile and erratic bp do tend to be normalized in people with healthy adrenals.
