Hi there,
You said you could feel stuff 'moving'? How did you get through that w/out barfing? Were you just taking the coCQ10, or some other combination of stuff?

I'm trying to decide which to take to start my very first pc. I'd like to stay away from these alcohol tinctures if possible. I have an 'allergy' to alcohol.

Do you have any preferences?
