Thanks so much, to the both of you! It really helps! Yes, mornings ares easy. It's the evenings that are difficult. I am also presently at my folk's house and their cupboards are full of food, which doesn't help. I also don't have TV at my house and am watching a bit of it here. Damn food commercials! (don't eat meat so the wendy's swiss bacon cheeseburger actually one actually makes me ill! but there was one about pie...)
Each day is different so I am taking it one day at a time... I know I can make it to 20 and then I will re-evaluate. Although 30 is only 10 more days after that... I can do it! Thanks again! Good luck with your cleansing!!!
