If you are a woman, then I am not surprised. We ladies have weight fluctuations when we start losing weight. Start measuring inches and do the pants test. I weight 164 pounds but I think I look pretty good. Pretty darn strong too. I work as a nurse aide and don't have back issues or shoulder issues unless I skip workouts.
