Hi Ladybug,
I'm doing 3X20. I tolerate things like this really well so I upped it to 15 for the first week then the second week went straight to 20 instead of gradually increasing it. Tomorrow will be the last day of my 2 week run then I'll rest a week then on again. Hopefully the Liver Flush I plan for this weekend will make him want to vacate the premises.... ;o)
