how can i create more peace and harmony in my life. Because right now I feel like I'm surrounded by negative and unhappy individuals that drain all my positivity? There is negativity everywhere I go whether its to work, at home and when I am out shopping, etc. I'm so tired of living like this. I try so hard to maintain peace and harmony but outside forces cause so much negativity around me. Any advice would be helpful thanks.
