You can't really "cure" the flu...but you can take Miracle-Mineral-Supplement and help your immune system fight it :) The sooner you start, the better (ie. as soon as you feel it coming on) It seems that the most recommended protocol is something Jim Humble calls the Clara Protocol, that is 6 drops (activated), then 2 hours later another 6 drops. My husband and I find that for fighting colds/flus/etc., it's better to take lower doses (ie 4 - 6 drops) 2 or 3 hours apart several times a day - this way, you always have it working through your system and it doesn't "hit you" too hard, but still does it's job.
