Thanks for replying with these interesting ideas.

Its very interesting that every time I eat beef, I have a hidious nightmare. The last nightmare was that I was beheaded and my head was discarded on the road somewhere. Hidious! But the nightmares are all different with different themes, but all very disturbing.

I do wonder what is in the beef and why I get this all the time, and never with chicken. There are steroids in our cows, but also in the chickens. There are added hormones in the beef but not in the chickens.

I wonder whether its the way they are slaughtered, and I imagin cows are much more aware of their imminent fate than chickens pershaps and freak out and become stressed. I have wondered whether its stress hormones, or maybe even more to it.
