I personally do not take tinctures because I am against all forms of alcohol. It is not necessary and I believe the natural herbs the best.

Tea, go for it but it will not be as good as taking the full herbs.

Like in olive leaf, if you cannot consume enough of the herbs, make the tea so am suggesting both. Maybe in this case you can do the same. If I had a choice though, I would put the lot in some yogurt and eat.
