sometimes it takes a few days for the body to catch up

when i first started taking Lugols, i got really bad constipation every time i took a break from mega dosing

now i keep things moving along by drinking a glass of water with potassium chloride and epsom salts every morning

another thing that helps to move things along for me is a couple of drops of orange tko in a cup of cloves tea

and if you open up some garlic capsules, pour the powder into olive oil, mix well, make some little tin foil cups (thank you Wombat), put mixture in cups and stick in the freezer, use these suppositories first thing in the morning and they will make you move
