I understand about the zapper - I refuted its benefit for a long time but eventually figured I didn't have anything to lose. Now, if I'm gettin a cold, I iodinate, zap and I'm good.

I laughed and cried on the way home from the MD a few months ago. I gave her a piece of paper with three viruses written on it that I wanted tested for. I told her my mom spent her childhood in Mexico and these three viruses are known to be passed from mother to child and can cause CFS, blah blah and all the other blah blah on the symptoms list.

She said - you're over my head. I haven't seen these words since I graduated med school. I don't even know if I can help you. Wow. I was still in tears when I came in the door. I was so proud I narrowed down what had caused the problems and couldn't believe the smack in the face and yet subsequent compliment that Western Medicine not only couldn't help me...but was intimidated by me. ...I was pitiful enough that night that I felt I deserved the biggest cheeseburger with the most amount of green chile I could possibly stomach. Hey - whatever works, right?

It's a great excuse to make somebody rub your feet, up to your knees. Stimulates lymph flow and liver drainage. Make somebody rub your little feet with a few drops of some wonderful essential oil, like peppermint and add it to castor or sesame oil. That'll make your spirit feel better too!
