all you need is water and salt. crush salt into a super fine powder. put into a bag. shake the dust up in the bag and breath in deep. test the waters at first if you want, but you want to end up with a good huff down in the lungs. drink water with salt as per the water cure.

put oregano oil in a pan of water on the stove and heat to just under a boil. breathe in the oil.

of course, this would be a good opportunity for the iodine to help you. at least 300mg is needed for this kind of job. reduce it in orange juice if need be, especially for lugols in doses over 300mg.
