My heart aches for you.

I don't know if you've posted since your Mom died but if you did I missed it. I know you were pretty sure it was going to happen.

My condolences to you . . .

To share -- this is what I'm meditating on this afternoon, from Louise Hay, You Can Heal Your Life:

"Our breath is the most precious substance in our lives, and yet we totally take for granted when we exhale that our next breath will be there. If we did not take another breath, we would not last three minutes. Now if the Power that has given us enough breath to last for as long as we shall live, can we not trust that everything else we need will also be supplied?

"THE LUNGS represent our capacity to take in and give out life. Problems with the lungs usually mean we are afraid to take in life, or perhaps we feel we do not have the right to live fully."

And under Pneumonia.

"Probable cause: Desperate. Tired of life. Emotional wounds that are not allowed to heal.

"New Thought Pattern: I freely take in Divine ideas that are filled with the breath and the intelligence of Life. This is a new moment."



(I think this probably applies to me. I'm playing a nasty "stuck in a job I despise" game with myself that is exhausting me. Been playing it for too long, starting to wear me down.)
