I never said anything false about the situation.  I think people have a right to know that they are having problems handling their orders, and that their communication system seems to be nonexistent.

While I will not criticize them now since they fixed the situation, they probably still deserve some due to the stress they are causing so many of their customers.

Regardless, I am just being honest and giving people all the info I know so that they can decide things for themselves.
