Im feeling a tad better now keep coming in and out of panickyness.

Anyway all vegetable juice for just now, which has being going ok. With the addition of a shot of wheatgrass in the morning just to cover most nutrients.

Consuming herbal teas like nettle, dandielion throughout also.

Not sure if ill make the 3 days but even a day juice fasting has to relieve the burden:).
